- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Coaching can be done face to face or over the phone. We can meet every week or every other week. The coaching sessions will focus on helping you to step back from your problems and get a new view. I will help you tap into the knowledge and skills already inside you. I will design and facilitate a workshop based on your specific business, situation and goals. Using Lego Serious Play, I will unlock unbelievable levels of team work and creativity from your team! The workshops are always preceded by one or two meetings to help me get familiar with the company, current goals and challenges.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in computer and information sciences. I spent 10 years as a software and hardware engineer in the medical device community. From there I grew into a Lean, Agile and Six Sigma practitioner, trainer and coach. I have training and certifications in: Lego Serious Play Facilitation, Scaled Agile Framework (SPC4), Lean, Scrum, Six Sigma
