- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start out by getting an understanding of the potential client's need; this process entails talking about event theme, services required from Showerz Of Blessing, etc. After my initial discussion with the potential client, Showerz of Blessing will have an understanding of the client's vision; therefore, in a better position to provide an affordable price to the client. In the event that Showerz Of Blessing and the potential client come to a consensus and agree to work together, we will discuss payment options and delve initiate the planning process to bring the client's vision to life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked in the event planning and decorating field for over 2 years in which I have acquired a wealth of hands-on experience. My formal education includes a Bachelors in International Criminal Justice and a Master in Social Work(2020). In my years of experience, I strive to provide exceptional services to customers. I also utilize clear and excellent communication skills acquired from years of experience in the human services field.
