Introduction: Providing Professional Project Management and Technical Consulting services including pulling the work permit from the City Hall for the project. I hire and supervise specialty contractors, and create the project plan (including QA/QC measures). I also create, maintain and update the project budget and schedule. We always strive to complete our projects on time and under budget and so far we were successful many times on large and small projects. I hold a PMP® (Project Management Professional) Certification with PMI, a CSL (Construction Supervisor License - Unrestricted) and a HIC (Home Improvement Contractor License) in Massachusetts. I enjoy performing and completing construction and home improvement projects in order to help owners with their project needs on a timely basis.
