We offer discounts for Senior Citizens, Disabled Veterans, Active Military and First Responders
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to take my time with new customers. I sit down and talk to them face to face getting to know them and letting them get to know me. I try to answer all of their questions and do my best to make them comfortable. Trust is earned not given and I want to do just that, earn their trust. My father treated most of his customers like family and after his passing many of his customers told me that they felt like they had lost a family member. I want that same relationship with my customers.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have approximately 60 college hours majoring in criminal justice. I have over 500 real hours in leadership training and team building. I've had over 15 years of on the job training and state mandated yearly training in pest control.
