We needed our front landscaping cleaned up, our drain moved out of our flower bed, and a downed tree replaced. Once I gave the go-ahead, Oscar and his team were here the next day! I highly recommend The Planted Stone LLC. A great company from start to finish. Oscar and his team did a phenomenal job and very professional to work with. Oscar gave us quote within 24 hours and he listed the number of plants that will be needed along with the prices for the work. The work started immediately and it took two days for completion. The planted stone LLC team is very knowledgeable, reasonably priced, responsive and great to communicate with. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The Planted Stone pricing is always fair to both parties. We firmly believe that you get what you pay for. Being the owner and foreman of every project helps me to offer more reasonable pricing than other companies that have extra employees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak on the phone to get an idea of what they are looking for. After I know what the project is about, I want to meet face to face at location. There we can discuss details and costs. I will contact them within two days via text or phone with a price. Most projects get started with a week.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 19 years of experience working with plants and 13 years doing stonework.
