- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the work. I can quote hourly or flat rate depending on what I and the customer determine is appropriate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get a thorough understanding of the project scope and expected results from the customer. I prefer to spend a little more time up front so that there are no confusions at the end. From there, I will keep the customer updated on the progress throughout the project as little or as often as needed and directed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 10 years of customer service experience form working in retail stores and 10 years of corporate office experience. I have been an early adopter of Internet technology all of my life and an avid user of Social Media platforms. I am a graduate of Social Media Manager School.
