- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of the coaching I do is Life Coaching for personal development of some type, such as stress/life management, developing positive habits, or relationships, including couples or parenting. I have multiple coaching options, depending on your needs & what type of coaching we're doing. I also have some discounts available. I always prefer to speak first & find out what your needs are so I don't quote something that isn't relevant to you. The best way to see if working together is a good fit, is to schedule your free Clarity Call Session. We'll cover your goals & then explore working together during an enjoyable conversation & pressure free call. If it's a fit, it's a fit. Otherwise, I will refer you to other providers or services without hesitation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free Clarity Call Session where we work together to: Create a crystal clear vision for the kind of happy relationship you’d like to have. Uncover hidden challenges that may be sabotaging your success. You'll leave the session renewed, re-energized & inspired to turn your current relationship into the relationship of your dreams (or in certain cases, have clarity on if it's time to get out). *If we are coaching on something other than your relationship, we adjust this session to fit your specific goals. If working with me feels like a good fit for your needs, I'll explain my services & options based on what will best meet your goals. I generally work with clients weekly for 3 to 6 months, depending on where you're at & where you want to go. Our sessions are done over the phone or can be done with Skype.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 20 years experience in personal growth & development work, this includes deep emotional healing work. I've attended, facilitated &/or led personal growth workshops & seminars throughout this time frame, too many to count. I was a licensed massage therapist for years & understand how stress & ineffective life management can affect the physical body. I experienced my own marriage crisis at around year 10 & instead of divorcing we created an extraordinary relationship transformation. 5 years later we're still thriving! After this, I knew I needed to help others overcome these challenges that inevitably drive people apart in their relationships. Some pertinent Education & Training: Peak Potentials Train the Trainer certification program, Mastery In Transformational Training's 4 month Legacy Leadership Program, Christian Mickelsen's Coaching Academy, Psychological Astrology Program, Peer Counseling Training Program, Communication Training, Conflict Resolution Training. I am currently CEO of April Asher LLC & co founded A Life Uncommon in 2007 with my husband Brian.
