Introduction: Not all therapists provide EMDR therapy. I am trained in EMDR by an EMDRIA approved facilitator, and have up to date equipment to provide the therapy. If you have tried traditional talk therapy without feeling much better and have not been able to move past certain painful experiences, EMDR may help you do so. EMDR is especially effective in treating trauma. I provide EMDR in combination with traditional talk therapy. My office is conveniently located near the 57 and 60 freeway exits.
