- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My first time cleans generally cost between $175-$225. This gets us prepared for your bi-weekly cleaning which generally ranges between $90-$125. Most of my clients are paying $100. First time and bi-weekly cleaning does not include inside of appliances, under appliances, woodwork, doors/frames, baseboards, or windows. These services can be added bi-weekly as needed. They can also be added to your first time clean... we can most definitely customize your cleaning to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically get to know the potential client and their needs. I tell them about myself and my company and I work with them to form a custom cleaning plan that fits their needs best!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no training aside from work training. There are some pretty cool cleaning conventions in Las Vegas and elsewhere that I would love to check out but haven't done so yet. I attended New River Community College in Blacksburg, VA for business administration as well as York College for the same major. I did not graduate as I started my own business while in school. It was a fun experience and taught me a lot.
