After meeting with you over a month ago and rearranging our service schedule to meet your deadline of having service the same day the contract was signed, we have had no interaction with you. Not one complaint, or criticism on how the work was being performed. The work was performed as outlined in the signed contract that we received. We proactively reached out to you to see about possibly handling addition work that we spoke of as a one time service, and were never responded to. Every email or message that we received was responded to professionally and in a timely manor. We even have photos of the work while it was being completed.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?It is very difficult to say "standard" when every project has different aspects from grading, to access, there are very few "standard" projects. With that, we discuss budgeting for all projects with our clients and we try to keep the clients set budget in mind throughout the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Face to face consultations with the client to get the best understanding of what they are looking for from their project. Then a digital rendering, CAD design, and cost analysis will be submitted shortly after. Once that is received, another follow up will be performed to make sure that the design encompassed and met all elements.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Every season we enroll all of our foreman in multiple certifications, seminars, and new product classes. We are proud to safely offer the latest techniques and products as soon as they are made available.
