FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will provide an overall budget price, AND an hourly rate. IF the total hourly rate is less than the overall project estimate, you will be charged the lesser cost of the two. (for example: If a budget price was $500, but on an hourly rate it costs $200 (10 hours at $20/hr), you will be charge $200 instead of $500.)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When new customers contact us for work, we can usually meet in person, but most of the jobs can be done over the phone and/or email. Once the project is clearly communicated and concepts are being drawn up.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Doing logo and graphic design for various local bands back in 2006, as well as drawing up contractor deck designs at Home Depot around the time as well.
