I like to hear what they are planning and what ideas they have been working with about what they might want before anything else. I make sure that they are getting what they want

I have been working in kitchens for years from fine dining to bbq. Most noteworthy chef I worked under was Preeti Mystery
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I fell into cooking naturally. During college I found a kitchen that wanted to teach people and absolutely fell in love with the work
