Al showed up on time (after rescheduling his day for my emergency). Did beyond what I asked him and ensured the cabinet will not have any issues. The oven and microwave were installed without a glitch!

Tile job done nicely, very good result. Just need to reschedule 3 times, the last time at the last minute, but to be fair this type of job has always last minute changes because of other customers. I will reengage this contractor.
