As a young child, I was passionate about learning foreign languages and learned seven by the time I was 14. I learned through basic life activities -- reading books, listening to music, watching television, cooking from recipes, and making new friends. Though I grew up in America, it was shockingly easy to find ways to do these things that incorporated foreign languages, and I was able to learn Mandarin, Spanish, French, Italian and Portuguese. I am passionate about helping others learn foreign languages in fun and easy ways, as well as helping supplement or improve academic performance in school.
