I placed a seed order three months ago and have tried to contact this man the owner Robert Piper. I believe I have been scammed! I have contacted Portlandsterdam and am filing a claim with BBB. The most peculiar part is he supposively lives in my city. Do not do business with this company. There are a couple complaints on google about him. I'm also going to email kgw.
