Ben and Mitch responded to an emergency with sewer back up, were knowledgeable, professional, and worked diligently to get the problem solved. Helped with recommendations of remediation business and advised about retaining another company when the first was planning to charge an exorbitant amount for the work. We have worked with Mitch when he was employed by another plumbing company--he took a personal interest in helping solve the problems, with great skills and knowledge, values, and with compassion. He moved to work for Ben at A&B Drain, and they form a great team.

Benjamin is very professional, courteous, and honest. He came out today gave me his honest opinion on prv, spent time answering my questions, and addressing other problems. I even had a problem in the evening and walked me thru it all. He had installed a prv and expansion tank on a previous home and did an excellent job and I also referred him to my mom who used him too! I would not prefer any other plumbing company than him and am going to keep referring him to others. Thanks Ben!
