AGW Property Services did an outstanding job of deconstructing a very large deck and managing all the surprises found under the deck. They also removed the concrete patio on which the deck had been built, so we could prepare the site for new construction.
This was a multi-day job and at the end of each day, they left the job site tidy. They were very careful with nails, as they knew our dog would be out in the yard and they cared for her safety and ours.
In addition, they were very careful around existing landscaping and took great care to help us preserve a 20 year-old trumpet creeper that is important to the new design of the outdoor space.
They did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. I'm looking forward to engaging them with more components in this multi-phase project.
