- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first time you meet with me I will asses where you are at. We will take measuremnts and weight and set specific goals. I also use this time to set a baseline as to where you're at physically.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISSA certified personal trainer NASM certified personal trainer I also have six plus years working in the field.
