- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free service quotes based on the size of the property and the pest in question. Pricing varies depending on the subject pest and property size.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon setting up an appointment for an inspection or service treatment, a Licensed Service Representative will arrive at the home or commercial location and introduce himself. The Representative will answer any questions and concerns and gather information about the property in question. After understanding the clients needs, the Representative will conduct a thorough inspection of the property. All areas conducive to pest activity will be pointed out, any visible areas of pest activity will be notated. If the service treatment and quote is agreed upon, the technician will either perform the work during the same visit, or set up an appointment as soon as possible. If any instructions for preparation of treatment is needed that will be provided verbally and by email. Once services are rendered, payment may be remitted in the form of cash, check or credit card.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Team Members that are part of the Active Pest Control Family are licensed by the State. Background checks are required as well as drug screening. Technicians must have a clean DMV record and continual training. Training takes place monthly and annually. All training records are inspected by the Structural Pest Control Board to meet necessary requirements for licensing.
