APC has been there to help me with my pest problems for the past 7 years. Their front office and techs are really easy to work with. I have never had any issues scheduling with them. Techs are always on time and they make sure to solve any issues I have before they move on to their next stop. I had a really bad ant problem in my garage and called APC to let them know and they sent a tech over the next day to take care of it. Talk about fast service! A few months ago, one of the service technicians noticed some termite activity starting to develop so he advised us on the different types of termites and set us up with one of their termite Inspectors named Ray. Ray came out and looked in our attic and subarea. He gave a few different options in which we decided to go with the non-move out termite treatments. He called his office and set us up with a treatment within 2 days. When the termite crew came, they were very respectful of the inside of our house. They went under the house and in the attics to place the product. They even did all of our exterior wall voids. All the while, we were able to stay inside the home. We're very happy with the work Active provided and would highly recommend them to take care of any pest problem.

We bought our house last year and the termite inspection and treatment was completed through escrow. After moving in for about 2 to 3 month, we were noticing some termite droppings by the window. We heard of Active Pest Control through a referral and decided to give them a call. The Inspector Van came out and took a look around the inside and outside of our house. He then advised us that the service should have been warranted and for us to contact the company that originally came out. We deeply appreciated the honesty. A few weeks later we decided to call them back to take care of our pest control. I'm pleased to say we have a service representative that comes out every other month and they take care of all the outside bugs as well as dust cobwebs. They gave us advice on pest prevention and we appreciated all the knowledge they gave us. I feel safe knowing they offer eco-friendly methods and products since we have Baby in the house. All in all, I would recommend Active to anyone looking for quality service.

Active Pest control is honest, reliable, professional, clean and fast company for all your pest control problems from termites, bugs, spiders, bees, rodents, ants, ticks, and waterbugs. We got several quotes but was very impressed with Active Pest Control. They were fast in getting a termite quote to us. They were honest in the problems we had and gave us two options of controlling our termite problem. Van came out and inspected the termites. He did a thorough job of inspecting the termite areas and gave a thorough report of details of all the work that needed to be done. He gave us a good price and he was not pushy in trying to get you to do the termite work. Above all, the termite service was awesome from start to finish! I was surprised that out of all the other Pest Control company that came out he was the only one that came with shoe covers to protect our house from getting dirty. I love that extra attention to detail that they provide with their pest control service. I would recommend them to all my clients since I am a realtor and they provide great Pest Control and Termite Service with professionalism. Will definitely use them again! Two thumbs up!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We provide free service quotes based on the size of the property and the pest in question. Pricing varies depending on the subject pest and property size.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon setting up an appointment for an inspection or service treatment, a Licensed Service Representative will arrive at the home or commercial location and introduce himself. The Representative will answer any questions and concerns and gather information about the property in question. After understanding the clients needs, the Representative will conduct a thorough inspection of the property. All areas conducive to pest activity will be pointed out, any visible areas of pest activity will be notated. If the service treatment and quote is agreed upon, the technician will either perform the work during the same visit, or set up an appointment as soon as possible. If any instructions for preparation of treatment is needed that will be provided verbally and by email. Once services are rendered, payment may be remitted in the form of cash, check or credit card.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All Team Members that are part of the Active Pest Control Family are licensed by the State. Background checks are required as well as drug screening. Technicians must have a clean DMV record and continual training. Training takes place monthly and annually. All training records are inspected by the Structural Pest Control Board to meet necessary requirements for licensing.
