- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As i grew up it was my families business & I had a love for food. Was a cook in the military & after my discharge went to be trained as a chef. My passion for food grew & eventually I purchased a catering company. I have been doing this qalmost50 years.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Full service sit down dinners, BBQ's, cocktail parties, weddings, Bar & Bat Mitzvahs. all types of corporate catering.
