- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
yes we do. when a customer commits to a service contract with me, large discounts are given when repairs are needed. I use Walmart as an example, they might be in different places what your prices are going to be pretty much the same everywhere. it takes a lot of the stress away from both the customer and the company.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I show up on time I do what I say I'm going to do a follow through and say please and thank you. I thoroughly explain issues cause and effect so an informed decision can be made. My job is to diagnose and recommend. the customers is to approve or disapprove work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been to variable speed heat pump classes for Carrier, Trane, Lennox and Rheem.
