- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Bartender $35.00 / hour 4 hour minimum includes setup & cleanup (up to 50 guests) 5 hour minimum on Saturdays Bar Back (helper) $25.00 / hour (Suggest bar back for parties of 75 or more people and/or when glassware is being used or dishes/kitchen ware that are handwashed) We attend to the all details while you get to actually enjoy your own party and & friends. This includes professionals arriving an hour ahead of guests for set up, and staying an hour after your guests leave for cleanup to make sure your home or venue is back together to your satisfaction after your party. 4 hour minimum / 5 hour minimum on Saturdays cooking, baking services upon request
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have all required licenses for alcohol service and safe vending required in New Orleans and Baton Rouge Louisiana. I have taught/hosted a "Cocktail Clinic, designed for the cocktail novice amongst us, these are ideal for hen weekends, birthday parties or simply for a fun day. These comprise of a two-hour cocktail making class. This includes "New Orleans classics" Kentucky Bourbon tastings, "Scenic Scotland"- an informational tour thru the Highlands via the many distinguished distilleries from the Isle of Sky to Port Patrick. For the truly adventurous, I also can offer Molecular Mixology, a meeting of science and drinks, where powders and cream whippers combine with vodkas and juices to create mouth-watering caviars, cocktail-canapés, froths and impressive dry ice displays.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
One of the successful parties I was hired to do was in the local social magazine here in BR- even my name wasn't even mentioned. (Ah well) I designed & put together the blackberry & feta salad And the individual molten chocolate sufflé! And whipped up all those snappy cocktails. And made sure the glasses of vino followed the guests as they played musical chairs between each course. And best of all for my clients, I did the Clean Up so the Wilsons did not wake up to towers of dirty dishes.
