FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Just like most window cleaners, I charge per pane of glass and per screen. Prices per pane range from $4 on the ground floor to $6 on upper floors. Screens are $3 each. A pane is any piece of glass surrounded on all 4 sides by a frame. Many home windows consist of 2 or more panes. If windows are exceptionally dirty, oversized, or you would like deep cleaning of tracks and mechanical workings of windows, a visit is best to obtain a detailed estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want to know what your needs are and what results you are looking for so I'll find that out at the beginning. Before, I leave, you'll have the opportunity to look at all of my work to make sure that you're satisfied with your freshly cleaned windows.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I learned from the ground up by researching, practicing, and then implementing. I wanted to provide a service that makes people happy and satisfied.
