The crawl space underneath my house is like a cave of secrets. When I had my home inspected for sale, it was reported that my sewer line broke and has made a huge mess, affecting an area of 100 sq ft. On top of that, there were traces of animal fecal matter, too -- skunks and racoons have vacationed there and turned it into their pit stop! Before I could sell my house, I needed a company that can expertly clean the mess. That is when I found Water Damage Recovery. Kim received my call with total concern on my problem. She sent Ricky who took a look at the mess and gave me a reasonable estimate for the clean up. Ricky's crew came over the next day and expertly pumped out the biohazard and disinfected the whole place. WDR doesn't do plumbing so when I called my plumbers the next day, they did not even know where the broken sewer line was. The crawl space was clean and did not have the sewer smell anymore. I highly recommend these folks for 24-7 emergency

Had tenants staying in house ac unit clogged and bathroom roof caved in because of leakage. Quickly handle the damage area and now looks like nothing ever happened. Good job guys

Our second floor master bathroom shower stall leaked into a downstairs bedroom. My plumber recommended that I call Water Damage Recovery to deal with the damage and mold that had developed. I contacted them and was pleased with the promptness with which they responded to my call. I dealt with Rick who from the beginning was very reassuring and inspired confidence in me that they would do a good job. He was very courteous and extremely knowledgeable. He and Zach came and cleaned out all the mold. They were punctual, worked efficiently and left the room in pristine condition. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Mold in bathroom and kids rooms. Had 3 quotes from different companies, these guys were by far best price and more professional. They had great quality service, they were able to remove all mold from the walls in less than couple hours. Wish I would have just called them first!

Refrigerator line broke and flooded my kitchen and family room so these guys came out and took care of us and the manager Enrique was great with us and very sympathetic towards the whole situation. They did great. I will definitely be calling them again if anything else causes a flood to my home or a friend or family members home
