- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer payment plans with every case. We always work with the client to provide affordable yet effective representation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A consultation is always needed to determine what exactly the client needs and how we can help. It is hard to quote a client without a consultation because there could be issues that are unforeseen that only come up during the questions we ask in a consultation. Once we establish the consultation we explain the process on how we will help you and let the client decide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aside from attending law school and working for top immigration and criminal defense law firms, our law firm has a team of individuals who have multiple years of experience in both immigration and criminal defense work. Our office is also 100% bilingual which is a great advantage when helping clients in the state of Texas.
