- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Price depends on needs. I have small systems and large systems as well. All pricing is on a day rate. I offer discounts for extended rental dates.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Help them decide which equipment is correct for their event with in their budget. Set up pick up and or delivery times for their function. Provide technical advice and customer service from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 Years working with Audio / Video systems and equipment. I ran a showroom on the Las Vegas Strip for 11 years with 2-3 shows a night. I regularly work all the largest conventions and trade shows that come to town year after year.
