Austin Housemates have been managing my property in Austin, TX since Aug 2012. They do a great job of finding tenants, taking care of the house and keeping me informed of what's going on. I think I've had a total of 2 weeks loss of tenancy since Austin Housemates started managing the house.

Austin Housemates has managed several of my properties for years (one single family home and another short term rental) and they have done an excellent job at both. They do a superb job at maintaining my properties as well as keeping them leased. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a property management company.
