My esoteric healing experience with Karen at Balanced Energy and Health was undeniably beneficial. I found her to be an intuitive and gifted practitioner. As we began the session, she put me at ease, ensuring my emotional and physical comfort as well as discussing the nature of energy healing and explaining breathing techniques. Karen guided me to assume a comfortable position, seated with feet planted on the ground and eyes gently closed, allowing me to be relaxed and receptive while she performed energetic healing. It was a unique experience and at one point I felt the distinct sensation of something detaching and leaving me. I came away from the session feeling a shift in energy and Im looking forward to continuing the journey. I would recommend energy healing by Karen to anyone with an interest in clearing areas that are weak or congested in ones energy field to achieve a more flowing, harmonious state.

Karen has helped me in shifting out of some of my old worn out belief systems, using Theta Healing. What would have taken years in therapy to accomplish, I was able to release in just a few sessions with Karen. She truly is an advanced energy healing practioner, having studied a wide variety of modalities. Seems she's always just coming back from yet another energy healing or nutrition workshop. I feel blessed to have a "go to" person like Karen who can help me maintain my balance as well as help me become the highest version of myself, in body, mind and spirit.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sliding scale, but basically $100.00 for 1.5 hours. I am willing to travel to a person's home and can do much of this on the phone and long distance.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I am always learning new things and definitely keep my licenses up to date, as well as my continuing education requirements. I do much more than I'm required to do to keep my licenses active.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a very sensitive person who has always been a helper. Most of my cousins are RN's, however that was not for me. I love helping people become healthier and more empowered in their lives. This is my passion.
