- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pre meeting to discuss setup/ breakdown procedures, drink selection, atmosphere/theme, attire etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at the bartending school of little rock to completion. I bartended at the country club of little rock. I am know the food and beverage manager overseeing all banquet and ala carte outlets. I have also been awarded a level 1 certification in Liquor and Wine studies by WSET
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
A friend sparked my interest in the field. So I went to bartending school.
