I became acquainted with Rhonda and Because Home Matters in 2012 as part of a joint venture in the rental real estate business. As part of that process, I saw first-hand Rhonda's expertise in the construction arena. One project was a very substantial remodel. Rhondaâs estimates of the costs involved were spot on. She was completely professional and completed all the work in a timely manner. She did a very good job of documenting the costs as they accumulated and also provided updated timelines as to her progress. She was able to strike the perfect balance between doing the job correctly, without going overboard given the intended use of the house. She also was quite shrewd in knowing where to invest a little extra time and money in order to avoid costly maintenance down the road. We continue to work together in the rental business and it continues to be a pleasure. In fact, I have been so impressed by the work that Because Home Matters has done that I have recently asked Rhonda to provide me a quote for a major bathroom renovation at my home. I also know of several projects she has done for mutual friends, who have all been very happy with her work and I am certain would not hesitate to recommend her wholeheartedly.

Rhonda and her team are professional, knowledgeable, reliable and honest. I had a bathroom and kitchen remodeled with them. I love their attention to detail with everything they do.
