besides having lots of knowledge Burt also makes his classes lots of fun so you don't realize how hard your actually working!

I have been training with Bert for a little very two years now, once I exited the Marine Corps I was plagued with a bad shoulder I sustained while over seas. The knowledge and training I received from Bert strengthened my not only my shoulder but my whole body to a point I couldn't have achieved by myself. The meal scheduling down to how to properly execute a movement has transformed me into the healthiest and strongest I've ever been. I will continue to train with Bert because of his attention to detail, his motivation and his positive attitude.

This past year I have been working out under the supervision of Bert. Bert provides excellent guidance and knowledge. He provides the reasons as to the whys and hows of the various routines. Just when you think you can't complete a set, Bert is there to provide specific and positive encouragement. It is a pleasure working out under the expert guidance of Bert.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I typically like to consult with a new client and get to know their background with fitness and athletics. From there, determining goals, assessing fitness level, addressing and injury concerns, and providing my suggestions as to how we move forward. When training begins, I like people to move at a comfortable pace, and get accommodated with movements before progressing further.
