During the past ten days I took a cruise of three countries of the eastern Mediterranean Sea that was arranged by Michele Brown, my tour consultant. I was exceedingly pleased with her judgment, knowledge, planning, and management of the tour from beginning to end. She arranged my flights, pre-cruise hotel stay, and cruise travel. Her communication skills allowed me to meet all deadlines, appointments, and commitments before and during the cruise. The coordination she made from the hotel to the cruise ship and tours I went on was superb. The wheel chair assistance I required began at the airport before departure. One was available to take me from gate to gate at each airport during flights. Upon arrival at the cruise port another was waiting to take me to the ship. This was another indication of her excellent planning and attention to detail. I must say she is the most dependable and experienced tour consultant that I have seen in recent years. Due to her diligence and planning, I had a wonderful vacation and an exciting time. This leads me to use her services again and recommend her with the highest enthusiasm.
