- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It has to be clear, and in writing. I do not know anyone whom like surprises!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In my first contact, I introduce myself and pay attention in what they want and what their needs are so that I could provide what they want in order to deliver a 5 star ⭐️ service. I really enjoy the challenge of the first meeting. Why? Because I could knock down any barriers that might present a threat to connect with my new prospective customers. Also, it gives us both the opportunity to meet and decide whether or not we could work as a team
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have one of Tony Robbins’ stuff as my coach and Tony Robbins as my mentor. I read articles, books, and listen to educational CDs, I attend a total emersion classes with Tony Robbins’
