- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do have various packages available, and will consult on an hourly basis as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I treat your business like my own. As a business owner myself, I understand your needs and worries. When we first connect, we will have the opportunity to get to know each other, to make sure we are a good match. I will listen carefully to your needs and goals. I will offer back to you the ways I can help. If you feel we are a good fit, I will send you a questionnaire to fill out with your needs, goals, ideas on how you would like them to be attained, your budget, and timeline. I will then give you a quote for services.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have owned four successful small businesses. I have learned the hard way (figuring things out on my own), and the easy way (consulting experts - which I highly recommend!) I have mentored and coached a variety of small businesses in various industries, as well as non-profits. I specialize in women entrepreneurs, Spanish speaking, and veterans.
