I was lucky to find Kevin. He motivates me to push myself and makes working hard fun. He sets a great example for how to be disciplined and also really helps his clients stay focused on their goals. He is a fun, personable, knowledgeable, disciplined and focused guy. Couldn't have asked for a better trainer.

Kevin Woods is probably one of the BEST personal trainers in North Carolina. I started working out with Kevin after my regular trainer moved out of state. I couldn't have asked for a better replacement. He's friendly, patient, and a smart guy who will help you reach your fitness goals. Kevin is always available to answer any questions you may have and he understands your specific needs.

Duration with Kevin: 5 months The results I have achieved during this time are largely due to Kevin's combination of diverse training methods, individualized exercise programs (custom designed) & challenging yet achievable goal setting. His professionalism, extensive knowledge and enthusiastic commitment to his work and ultimately his clients, provides the perfect scenario for success and sets a foundation for a new healthier lifestyle! My results consisted of higher overall endurance ability, significant increased average levels of free testosterone, which was being monitored under Doctor supervision, and 3% loss in body fat.

I have been training at Capital Strength for about 6 months now and with Kevin Woods for most of that time. Working with Kevin has been a fantastic experience. He tailored my sessions to not only improve my overall health but to achieve some very specific goals (namely, improving my archery). I have hit all my goals and am already setting new ones. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend training with Kevin - he is professional and keeps me focused. I'm so happy with my results.
