FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a portrait package which comprises of 12 high resolution edited photos and one look. I do the hair and make-up and styling for all my shoots. Then I have a half day package which is 18 high resolution edited photos and 3 to 4 looks. Lastly I have a full day packages which has 6 looks and 30 high resolution edited images.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initially a new client will email with their specific needs, however it's always driven by the fact that they want my style and my interpretation of what they require. A few email exchanges until a date is reached and then a few days prior to the shoot, finer details such as looks and location gets discussed. The maximum amount of waiting time for images is two weeks, and images are not released until full payment is received.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am entirely self-taught, I applied myself to understanding the basic functionality of the equipment in order to convey my inspiration and imagination. The same goes for the tools used in post production. I also have no formal training in make-up and styling, it's innately expressed in my work.
