Had the whole apt cleaned today! Roy was excellent! He was prompt & on time. Came in & got the job done. I did not see one stain on the carpet when he got finished. Since the apt was empty Roy got it all done in 1 1/2 hours. He was finished by 9:30 am & I went back to check it at 5 pm today it was dry. The ends were still a little damp but that is to be expected. Excellent job Roy! I will call you again & any one else I know I will tell them to call Roy!!! Thank you so much for your prompt & excellent service! oh I also called him at 6 pm the night before & he came the next morning. He helped me in a pinch at the last minute that was awesome customer service! Thanks again Roy!

Dixon came in the same day I requested him. He was here on time and OMG, my carpets look brand new and I have had them cleaned numerous times by other companies and they have never looked this good. He was polite, a very hard worker, very professional, and again I say...my carpet looks brand new! I am truly amazed at the outstanding job Dixon did and I would highly recommend him over any other carpet cleaning company. Not only was he AWESOME, but he was affordable and worth every cent.
