Mike was able to get a defendant who had been evading service served for me. It was particularly important that the defendant be served because the time to do so pursuant to court rules was going to expire soon.

Mr. Charles served divorce papers for me and filed certificate of service papers promptly and professionally and billed me after completing the job. Extremely courteous. I would definitely seek out his services again if needed; highly recommended.

We hired Mike to serve a summons to someone that was obviously trying to avoid getting it. Mike talked me through the process, clearly explained what he would need from me and what he would do to serve and then process papers with the court. This is the first time I have done this and he was patient with all my questions. He served the papers quickly and filed with the court just as quick. I would hire Mike again in a heartbeat (but obviously hoping I never have to!).

I hired Charles & Charles Process and Courier Service to deliver a "Notice, Claim and Summons" to someone living and working in the Phoenix area. As I live in another state, I sent the necessary information and documents to Mr. Charles via Priority Mail. Mr. Charles stayed in contact with me via email and phone during the course of the service, and was very prompt, courteous and professional at all times. I am so glad that I chose Charles & Charles. The process service was completed very promptly and thoroughly. After serving the defendant, I received a scanned copy of the executed document and Mr. Charles sent the originals to the court in the county where I reside. Although counties and states differ in their requirements, Charles & Charles made sure that the specific requirements of the county in which I live were met. I am so appreciative of their time and efforts. The service I received was well worth the cost. Please don't hesitate to use this company! They do exactly what they promise.
