Choice can be characterized in 3 words. Honest!! Honest!! Honest !! I had what we thought might be a bed bug infestation. I had four companies inspect for Bedbugs. Two of the four recommended treating for bed bugs, even though no bed bugs were found. Choice was one of two of the companies that agreed with me that treatment is not warranted in the absence of evidence. Dale placed several lures around the house to first establish evidence of an infestation. No bedbugs were ever found. I treated for fleas and it seems have fixed the problem. Choice would not even accept payment for his time. Very professional at all times, but most importantly, they were honest, which is the quality that I require of any company I do business with.
