The quality of work was great, but the communication was terrible. He told me multiple times that he would contact me and never did, I always had to contact him. We went back and forth about when to schedule the cleaning a few times, he showed up 2 hrs earlier than the final time we agreed upon. I also asked he clean only 2 rooms and he went ahead and cleaned all 3. I cannot complain about the quality of work, everything looked great when it was all said and done, and he seemed like a nice, friendly guy overall.
