- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Business IT Services: Managed services are provided under negotiated contracts, thus the price will vary depending on the services requested and the type and quantity of systems covered. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Everyone is unique. Some people just know their computer isn't working right and want it fixed so they can email, pay bills, etc. Others have businesses and can't afford to have their systems go down even for a short time. Many people have been burned and are skeptical (with good reason) of IT repair shops. In each case, we sit down with them and get to know their situation so we can develop the most affordable and efficient solution to help them get back to normal. Regardless your situation, we will take the time to learn about your issue and create an optimal plan for getting you back up and running at a price you can afford.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On top of a Master's Degree in Computer Science, I have more than 25 years of experience building and repairing computers, designing high tech systems for the US military, and installing, integrating, and diagnosing software. I also maintain industry certifications from companies like CompTia, Cisco, and Microsoft.
