- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I generally estimate the time a project will take and charge for the hours I expect to spend. Give a stated number of revisions within that quote and let the client know revisions after that will be on the agreed upon price per hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Conversations phone, email or in person to discover what the objective is for the element I am creating for them. Get clear on what I am doing and what will be the cost to them. Present ideas.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have sold Advertising in all media and owned my own advertising agency for a number of years. I am a voracious reader of all things marketing/advertising/design/web&SEO and stay current. Take any on-line offerings out there on adobe illustrator and photoshop. I produce ads for a magazine/newspaper publisher and discover what truly works.
