FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very comparable to other NADCA firms. I would be very cautious of the flyers and ads you receive in the mail for $7 a vent etc. Those companies are bate and switch and are always more expensive once they up sell everything while on site. We give you a pricing structure in the beginning and that never changes.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It usually starts with a phone conversation asking why they want to have the air ducts cleaned. Once I have established that there is a need for our services I explain to them the process, pricing structure and time it will take to complete. (residential only) Commercial jobs will always take an on site visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 7 certifications all relating to indoor air quality. 5 with IICRC (mold, fire, water, smoke and odor) 1 with the EPA ( RRP ) and 1 with NADCA ( ASCS ) I am also a member of the IAQA Manchester NH chapter
