- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Like most attorneys my office works on a retainer system. A prospective client will deposit an agreed amount of funds into my law firm's trust account which acts as a pre-payment for their legal services. If services require additional funds the client will be asked to replenish their trust account accordingly. In addition to a traditional retainer system I offer payment plans, flat fees and rolling flat fees for a select number of cases. Discounts are offered for active military members, military honor recipients and first responders including police officers and fire staff.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a degree in Communication Studies from the University of North Texas and a J.D. from Texas A&M School of Law. In addition to my formal legal studies I have exceeded the minimum required amount of continuing education each year of licensing and have focused my continuing education in domestic relations and child welfare.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with clients during their divorce, modification, enforcement actions, cps actions, and adoptions. Additionally I regularly represent child clients in CPS related and adoption related matters.
