I had a bathroom leak that soaked through the garage ceiling. I explained the severity of the leak to Cameron and Cody and they provided potential best/worst case scenarios. The damage couldn't be assessed until the ceiling was opened up. The next day, Christian came in and determined minimal damage (insulation) and no mold. Made suggestions on how to rectify the issue, the cost...less than an insurance claim deductible. These guys are honest, fair and are not just about getting that insurance payout. I hope I don't have another leak, but if I do I would certainly give them a call. I highly recommend these guys.Nov 29, 2017Verified
Christian took the time to patiently guide me through the whole process so that I understood completely. He was very thorough and honestOct 6, 2017Verified
We had water seep beneath our flooring in the basement. We removed the flooring and cleaned the mold we could find. We called Disaster Doctors to have them inspect for further mold and provide a bid to finish the cleanup. Christian came out, inspected the area, tested for moisture, and told us what would need to be done to finish the job. He said that we did a good job, that a simple dry out was all that was required, and that it was probably not worth our money to hire them. I appreciate that a company would let us know when their services are not needed. Honesty is very valuable in doing business with someone.Sep 23, 2017Verified
What a scam and rip-off. As much as $10K for a basement small leak clean-up!Feb 17, 2017VerifiedDisaster Doctors's reply
Kenneth, we don't understand why we would receieve a negative review after we gave you a free inspection and a ballpark quote to perform professional mitigation of the unwanted water to prevent mold growth. Is there anything we can do to improve our review rating?
