I was introduced to Denise for Life Coaching through a mutual friend who had previously used her for her services and still go to her to help her throughout lifetime situations. At the time, I really needed something to help me put because I went to a Counselor and a Therapist and even thought they were supposed to be the Professionals, I didn't get any better. I actually got even more frustrated and was ready to give up. I can honestly say that after three full sessions with Denise, I started not only seeing things differently, I also felt the difference. She helped me in the areas that I needed help mainly by guiding, leading, and coaching me. I can truly say that my experience with Denise and her services are recommended by me to anyone who feel the need for a Life Coach. I do still do a once a month session with her because I learned that even after the monthly sessions, we still can use the assistance and this works well with and for me.

Very glad that I reached out to Denise for her services. She was extremely personable & genuine in our sessions and in guiding me to pull the answers from within myself which led me to some changes which were much needed in my life. I sensed that my results were just as important to her as they were to me, which was extremely important to me during my life coach search. I continue to enjoy our sessions as needed. Denise comes highly recommended.
