- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately, we do not have a standard pricing system at the moment. Because each project is so different, and because we want to provide the solution that takes care of each clients need, when we provide you with an estimate it is 100% catered to your project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step we take is to do a sit down with each customer and discuss in detail what their ideas are for their project. This includes where they are at with the design, budget, selections, and taking measurements if needed for the project. After that we put together an estimate based on our first meeting. Once the estimate is completed a second meeting is set with the customer to review. If everything is satisfactory we will put together a scope of work and contract before work begins.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Signature's president, Lee Thomas, has been in the business for 20+ years. He has gone from installer, to boss, to business coaching, to boss again. It is what he loves to do. Our installers have a wide area of expertise and many of them have been doing their trade 20+ years as well.
