    Doll Bros cleaned our rental condo on Clearwater beach and it was a magnificent experience. We have 2 more condos on St Pete beach that they are cleaning at the end of the month. We will refer them to everyone we know.

    Aaron and Sarah cleaned our kitchen tile and grout. We've had Doll Brothers out to the house several times now, every couple of years, and are always amazed at what wonderful results we get. The tile and grout look as good as they did when first installed.

    Customer service means the world to us. We have two set procedures that we do "after the work is done" to make certain that our customers are delighted with our workmanship. Thank you for your business and writing this review.


What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do. But as a matter of accuracy, we prefer to speak to them so that we can interact with the customer to better understand the rooms that they want cleaned.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first aspect is the interaction with our office manager. It is her job to assure and comfort our customers in that they made a great decision by hiring us. When we arrive at their home, our technicians are very cognizant of customer service and making people feel at ease while we are in their home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly attending educational classes, seminars and conferences to improve in all aspects of our business. Our customers expect us to be highly educated in soil and stain removal and we are dedicated to that cause.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Born and raised in it. And just as I have learned from my parents Dick and Shirley Doll, my children Aaron and Sarah have learned it from me.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Millionaires and the retired person on a social security budget. We have been in business for decades and all of our customers are just that - equal regardless of income, race or religion.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure that any service company that works on or in your house has insurance. If they don't and they damage your property or if they get hurt on your property, who is liable? Never hire a business without knowing if they have proper insurance. They have nothing to lose, but you do.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That we sincerely care about them, their property and the job that they hired us for. We are a 3 generation family owned and operated business that enjoys the values and integrity that we represent.
