- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do. But as a matter of accuracy, we prefer to speak to them so that we can interact with the customer to better understand the rooms that they want cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first aspect is the interaction with our office manager. It is her job to assure and comfort our customers in that they made a great decision by hiring us. When we arrive at their home, our technicians are very cognizant of customer service and making people feel at ease while we are in their home.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly attending educational classes, seminars and conferences to improve in all aspects of our business. Our customers expect us to be highly educated in soil and stain removal and we are dedicated to that cause.
