- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are fully insured and bonded. I generally charge by the hour. There are some unusual circumstances where I might be able to charge a flat rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We give Free In-Home Quotes prior to servicing your needs. This enables us to know exactly what your priorities are and approximately how long we estimate the job will take.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have many years experience in hands on restaurant management which gives me an advantage to great customer satisfaction and for detail oriented work.
